Apollo is a heart-centered film director and personal development coach. He intentionally integrates meditation, journaling, movement, and breathwork into his films, coaching, and workshops. He blends storytelling filmmaking with compelling insights into human behavior, mindset, and spirituality through his unique lens. One of his key goals as an artist is to normalize diversity and offer positive role models that embrace a healthy self-image. His work in film has been trusted by world-class creatives, including Patricia Field, the late Dan Kneece—renowned cinematographer for Mulholland Drive and Blue Velvet—and Greek actor, television director, and member of parliament Kostas Kazakos, known for Iphigenia. Apollo sparks growth and supports people in aligning with their most empowered and authentic selves.
